Angelina Cao?

Born and raised on the internet 🌐, Angelina approach problems with a sense of childlike wonder: endless curiosity and openness to discovering new possibilities. She loves being in spaces that invite nuanced conversations, meaningful narratives, messy complexity, and a high bar for craft. Her strength lies in execution, using digital tools to bridge the gap between imagination and reality (if she thinks it, she will make it) 💭.

The joys in her life have always been art, design, and aesthetic-related. From collecting mechanical pencils to playing video games, her desire to design is not just for function but to craft experiences that invite people to explore, feel, and imagine with the same intensity that she has felt throughout her entire life. Knowing how deeply our experiences shape who we are, she wish to build towards a future where our interactions with the digital space feel just as warm and inspiring as the world around us 🫀.

Currently, she is studying Interaction Design at California College of the Arts 🌁. Before that, she attended West Valley College where she obtained her associates degree in UX and App Design. She didn’t expect it at the time, but community college was where she found design, and with it, a sense of meaning she hadn’t felt in a long time. It is an experience she holds dearly and will cherish for the rest of her life.

When she's not designing (or literally doing anything else that requires too much of her brain 🧠), you can catch her watching anime, scouring the web for stationery and trinkets, hoarding stickers, or rearranging her room for the nth time 🛋️.
